The hotel is close to many fast food places and in that way it is good. However, it will take you over half an hour to get to places like the CN tower. If you want to travel into Toronto to see the sights then this is affordable and the hotel is connected to the subway. However, it had all of the amenities despite its size. The room itself was clean, nice hot water but a little on the small side and slightly dark too. The check in was pleasant but there is no one at all to take your luggage to the room.
